SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Shipping Policy

Lyon Goods uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for most shipments. We may use other carriers to deliver your order (for example: lipo battery shipments). 

 

Shipping Time & Delays: orders received prior to 2 pm with payment received will usually ship that day, unless it is a holiday or non-business day. 

Delivery time frames provided are estimates and will depend on the carrier. Lyon Goods will not be held responsible for delays caused by a mail carrier or local postal service.

Lost Packages: Lyon Goods is not responsible for lost packages.  No refunds will be provided if your package is lost in the mail system.  It is our recommendation to select the Priority Mail option with the United States Postal Service to ensure that packages are not lost, and that you have at least $50 in insurance. 

Priority Mail has the most reliable package tracking to ensure packages arrive at their specified destination.

Return & Exchange Policy

Products returned must be in new condition with manuals, accessories and other items in the original packaging. We will not accept items that have been opened, adjusted, glued, or tampered with from original form upon arrival. Returns are via a store credit. 

We will accept merchandise for return purchased only from Lyon Goods, as long as the item is unopened and unused. If you do any of these, voids possibility for return.

If the item we sent you is defective when you receive the shipment, contact us immediately. For returned merchandise found to be genuinely defective, we will ship out a replacement free of charge. In most cases, we will work with you to debug your issue prior to accepting the return. Please send us photos of your product, a detailed description of your issue, and a description of what you have already done to fix it on your initial email.

 

You may be required to ship the item back to us. Please obtain a tracking number when returning merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages. In the event that a returned package does not make it back to us, Lyon Goods cannot be held responsible for the loss of merchandise throughout the process. We may not reimburse return shipping costs or refund shipping costs. 

 

Shipping and handling charges on all orders will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to exchange, replace, or refund merchandise and not refund money if we deem that the merchandise has been misused or modified in any form.  We highly suggest that you inspect the products ordered upon receipt and identify and report any issues before you try to fix,modify, fly, construct or use the product.
